Emerging Creative Collective

Building the Foundation for a AI-Powered Cultural Creative Collective to Enter the Market.

A newly formed creative collective rooted in cultural integration had the talent, the vision, and the leadership. But no market presence, no media footprint, and no infrastructure to tell their story. In six weeks, we changed that.

The Problem

The collective was entering a competitive advertising and media landscape without the foundational communications infrastructure needed to attract clients, press, or partners. Their leadership team brought deep experience in cultural marketing, but that expertise lived internally, invisible to the market they were built to serve.

Without a defined public narrative, a media-ready presence, or a platform to capture interest, any momentum generated by early announcements would dissolve before it could convert into real business opportunity. They needed a launch strategy, not just a press release.

The Solution

We deployed a six-week sprint designed to build the communications foundation that makes everything else possible. Rather than waiting on a retainer to begin, we activated immediately, establishing the brand narrative, earning trade coverage, launching a lead-generation platform, and opening doors to high-visibility stages.

  • Earned Media in Top Trade Publications
Secured features in Campaign U.S. and MediaPost, two of the most-read publications among the collective’s target buyers and partners, establishing immediate credibility in the advertising and media trade press.
  • Website Launch for Lead Generation
We created and launched the collective’s official website to convert press momentum into business interest, ensuring every media placement had somewhere to land. The site captured 8 mailing list sign-ups within the initial launch window.
  • Coverage-Driven Business Development
The trade coverage we generated directly opened doors. Leveraging Marcom Company’s industry network, we converted press momentum into three strategic introductions to key decision-makers, including a national multicultural media organization, a Latino economic empowerment initiative, and a major Black-owned multimedia and content company.
  • First Public Speaking Engagement
Secured the collective’s first-ever public speaking opportunity at an annual media and advertising conference, giving their leadership a platform to share their story, articulate their capabilities, and establish direct credibility with a room full of prospective clients and partners.
